This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how Clearella Inc. collects, uses, and shares “consumer health data” as defined by Washington’s My Health My Data Act, Nevada Senate Bill 370, Connecticut’s consumer health data provisions, and similar laws. We apply it to all users, wherever they live. It supplements and forms part of our Privacy Policy.

Categories of consumer health data we collect

Information you provide through our quiz and onboarding (such as what you are navigating, life stage, and how often you experience brain fog or overload); check-ins about focus, sleep, energy, mood, and mental load; results, summaries, and insights we create from that information; and goals, tasks, notes, and other content to the extent it reveals information about your health.

Why we collect and use it

To provide and personalize the Services you request; to maintain, secure, and improve the Services; to create de-identified and aggregated information; to comply with law; and, only if you opt in, for research. We collect and use consumer health data only with your consent or to the extent necessary to provide the Services you request.

Sources

Directly from you, and from our own processing of the information you provide.

Categories of consumer health data we share and with whom

We share the categories of consumer health data listed above only with service providers (processors) that process it on our behalf under contract, including providers of hosting and database services, email and notification delivery, product analytics (usage events only), and artificial intelligence services (with direct identifiers removed). We may also disclose it in connection with a business transaction described in Section 6 of our Privacy Policy, as permitted by law. We do not sell consumer health data and do not share it with any other third party without your separate consent.

Your rights

You have the right to: confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data; access it, including a list of the third parties and affiliates with which we have shared it and their contact information; withdraw consent to our collection and sharing of it; and request its deletion, including from archives and backups, which we will also communicate to our processors.
